Great service as I don’t drive they came and picked up my king size duvet for laundering and delivered it back to. Phoned day of delivery to make sure it was convenient for me. I will certainly use them again.

Maybe i got unlucky but can not give anything more than one star unfortunately. Coat was supposed to be ready Tuesday, went in to pick up Wednesday and was told the lady had been off ill so couldn't get the coat ready on time. Thought that was fair enough but would be a good idea to take customers numbers in case of such situations. Went back Thursday and coat still wasn't done. This time the excuse was it was taking longer to dry because of the material. It's just a normal coat and the owner really should know how long different materials take to dry. Called Friday to see if was ready and was told they were just putting the roller on it which means 3 days after it was supposed to be ready it still wasn't finished. Picked it up later that day and was given no apology for it being so late nor no offer of a discount plus it was on a hanger with someone elses name on so could have gotten lost. Got it home to see it wasn't clean, still had cat hairs all over it. So much so that i had to smell it to check it had been washed as it looked the same as when it was taken in. In response to the owner's reply. How dare you blame me for the bottom of the coat. The coat did not touch anything from me leaving the shop to when i took the photos. And if you can't get hairs off coats then you should find a new profession. Oh and i see how you still didn't apologise for the coat being so late. Awful service.
First time using this service and I would highly recommend! Lovely lady with great service and really well priced - will certainly use again.
I've been using these for about a year now. Generally suits and cocktail dresses. Always a good result, always prompt, once they rescued me with an urgent job for a funeral. It is tucked away near The Spinners so you have to look. Great local business.
