   I have used bellside building & timber suppliers number of times. Their prices are very competitive, friendly staff, and hassle free deliver. They always go above and beyond, today was no exception, they were closed for Christmas and new year holidays. I managed to speak to Vicky who advised we're closed and no delivery until January. I ask Vicky if there was anything that could be done as I needed materials urgently, as builders were working through holidays. She got back to me within 30min and not only organised materials but also arranged for it to be delivered - amazing as always. Thank you Vicky

   Placed an order to be delivered Company delivered the items the day before it was due so was not aware till 8pm that the items were left out in the street Contacted the company as an item was missing and was told it was delivered i explained it wasn’t there at 8pm and was told tuff basically the driver delivered it and there is nothing they can do Absolutely shocking from a business I would not recommended as definitely not interested if something goes wrong. I asked the cheeky mare on the phone could the delivery driver not of came to my door to let me know it was there Her reply they don’t have too she asked me do I have ring door bell I said yes but my ring door bell doesn’t stretch too 2 houses down and round a corner to a set of lockups She hung up So bad from a company

   I live 2 seconds from this place and I mean basically next door, I was charged £6 Delivery £5 for a bag and the white stones look nothing like what I saw In the yard,mixed with brown and sand, customer services a disrespectful and a disgrace. Next time a lorry driver chaps my door I will advise no building yard down there.

   First class quality service i use bellside for timber every single day and wouldnt go anywhere else Those guys are flat out in there trying to keep everybody happy which i think will be a tough job at times. 10/10 from me

   Prices are OK but the deliveries are quite bad. I was told i would get a delivery on a certain day. On the day i was then told it will probably be the next day now and no explanation. Eventually got delivery a day late. They are probably better off telling the customer the truth rather than telling them a day, take the payment and then deliver when they feel like it.
