   Very slow service. Goods finally arrived a month and a half later. I did struggle to get a response from the company via email or phone which lead to frustration.

   WARNING- STEER CLEAR IT'S A RIP OFF!! Ordered Ali-Brite early April, they took my money but haven't delivered. No response to e-mails, no one answers the phone. Pity I didn't check with Trust Pilot before I trusted them, beware of Alex Shanks too, part of the same con.

   Do not use this company , I purchased a henry cordless back in November that has stopped working , if and when you do eventually get through after not being able to leave a voicemail as the mailbox is always full !!!! ( by the way emails were ignored ) then to be told that it costs £14.50 to send the product back , how is this fair when its not me who should be paying postage for a faulty item ! They are awful to deal with and as said don't answer emails and hardly pick up the phone then don't want to help. how a company like this stays in business I will never know ! I don't normally leave negative reviews as I always try and have any issues sorted with the person / company 1st however I feel as though others should know never to buy from them You have been warned

   Do not buy anything .This is a fraud! I ordered a rather expensive floor cleaning machine with the promise it would arrive within 5 days. I had no communication re delivery and all my phone calls and emails I sent were unanswered. Bells started ringing, combined with the bad reviews. Unfortunately I did not check the company accounts and Alex Shank's accounts either (seems to be the same company!) before ordering, would not have touched them with a barge pole! Under the Consumer rights act I have cancelled the order and told Barclaycard to investigate this company for fraudulently acquiring my money with no intention of supplying the goods. Also taken legal advice how best to report this company to the authorities!

   THIS COMPMAY IS FAKE....DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Ordered BBQ on 30/04/19 it was supposed to arrive in 2 days, it never arrived. I contacted then to ask for a refund, which they promised me nearly 2 weeks ago. I still have not received a refund and no replies to my emails. They just take your money and have no intention of supplying the goods. I have today reported them to Trading Standards.

   The most unprofessional company I have ever come across. We placed an order with them on 22nd February and paid for express delivery. Since then we have been chasing the order since and have had absolutely no contact back from them. We have been calling most days for an update and have been told every time they would call back, which they have failed to do. They took the money for the product without actually having it in stock and not warning us about this. I have phoned today to cancel the order and refund the money and this has still been a hard task for them to do. I do not recommend buying anything from this company - the worst customer service.
