   Had to make a last minute buy here of central heating equipment. The lady sales assistant could not have been nicer. She did not not have sufficient stock of a certain item but identified nearby screwfix East kilbride as having the item in stock and asked if we would be able to collect there. Then she even tried to assist in the manhandling of five fairly heavy radiators into our vehicle. Well done screwfix. Your staff are helpful, polite and a credit to the business. Great prices too.

   Ordered items and come into collect and told they only hold for 21 days but still shows as open yet not today. Have guys onsite tomorrow at 8 they say they can get for 12 that’s no use

   This morning I went to Screwfix in bellshill to ask for help in purchasing the fitments for a out side hose .The girl / lady who served me explained everything to me and got me what I needed nothing to much for her to show me what I had to do . I am more than grateful to her for taking the time thank you so much . If the young man who sold me the wrong fitment from the range in wishaw would like to take a leaf from Screwfix book there would be more satisfied customers . Short of the story is Screwfix got my vote and I will shop there from now on again many thanks Jackie

   I have been using this store for years. I’m a heating engineer and use Screwfix a lot for my materials. I do prefer this branch to rest locally. Staff are always very nice and would go extra mile. Trad section alway offers a warm dinks.

   Used this store a good few times, I work away on a weekly basis, and use this site as it's convenient to my hotel, and I can use my trade card. Came into the store today and Dougie, I found to be ignorant and rude.. Not a smile on his face a thank you or even a good bye conversation from him was bare minimum. Will not return and will take my business elsewhere.
