Once again back at Toolstation, the guys in wishaw always seem to have what I'm looking for, to get my DIY project done, and always at a good price, served with a smile and happy to help , well done team keep up the great work, all the above and easy parking, what more can you ask for.

Generally my go to DIY store, with decent prices made even cheaper if you sign up online for free to their club. Long opening hours too so very convenient for pick up.

Today I was served by Keith and as a regular customer all I have to say was disappointed. I placed a fair amount order and received it all in a bag. When I returned to the site noticed that 4 items were missing, and one item, a mcalpine bathtrap was ripped open and all the seal was missing. I doubt he didn't notice it when he picked the order. My mistake was to trust in this branch as a regular customer of toolstation I'm shopping there on a daily basis in the past 3 years. From now on will avoid the wishaw branch.

I was served by Graham at Wishaw branch who was very helpful and came forward with various ideas and products which helps if your not a plumber. In my experience when visiting similar suppliers you do not receive this level of service. If you don't know what you want then the staff ain't interested. Very happy with the level of service.
