   Asked for a couple of pallets of tiles to be ordered, got told a couple of weeks. Heard nothing, waited till order period up, phoned back, lo and behold, know nothing of order. Got told to phone next week, did so and the person was on holiday. They would phone back, the following week, still waiting. Went elsewhere and got them cheaper
