Soldiers Cleaning have failed to turn up for our booked initial cleaning slot 3 times. The first appointment was scheduled for 11am. At 12:03, they let me know they were "delayed by 2 hours". With the second appointment, they scheduled the agreed appointment a week later, by accident. And with the third appointment, half an hour after they were due, I was notified that they were "having issues with the vehicle" - after which they ended up cancelling the slot. When I've enquired about new slots showing to be available on their system, I got a terse "Yes, we are experiencing issues with the booking system" reply. Despite all this, they have continued sending me marketing messages. A friend had recommended Soldiers to me, so initially I was quick to accommodate the appointment no-shows and try to find a way forward. But it's become clear that their business model is built on bad service and letting customers down.

"From the moment of enquiry, you will be dedicated a Manager who will be on hand to help with any enquiries and available 24 Hours a Day." Enquiry for a deep clean of my fathers kitchen and living room cancelled after 7 days as no response- Initially contacted them and agreed to send pictures to enable a quote which I did on my next visit to his-had to chase them on 3 occasions only to be told that the manager had been off and staff had to wait for advice before proceeding. The mangers response was "my staff did respond in a timely manner however a delay by yourself getting back to them wouldn’t have assisted as well as myself not being at work due to illness" I sent pictures at 17.05 on the Sunday messaged on Wednesday and Friday as no response only to be told that someone was chasing it...on the Sunday, 7 days after sending the pictures I gave up- obviously I was delaying the response- and my expectation for receiving updates was inappropriate- Mybad
