    Bought a 5l white matt emulsion tub of paint at £10 earlier just as I got in the handle broke and fell off. The paint it's self felt like half of it was water and would not stick to the walls properly would NOT recommend using this shop or their products

    Don't go here. Ignorant baldy t**t. Throws items at you. Very rude. If his wife hadn't apologised I would have smashed him. Charges £5 for a 99p key. Too busy watching the world cup on his phone?? Think he may be special needs?? In which case I apologise.

    Still charging 50p debit card fee which is now unlawful since January 2018. Rude and horrendous customer service when I told the assistant that he was breaking the law by attempting to charge me a debit card fee. I left without buying goods....few. totally aggressive and intimidating experience!!! Never again will I shop at Croshill hardware store.

    Encountered the most unhelpful and unpleasant man in this shop. Horrible experience. INEX home hardware is just round the corner on Victoria road.... lovely staff, huge range and where I should have gone first.
