I never thought it would be possible to save my cream carpet but Natalie and her team removed my horrific stain. 18 tie die powders were emptied into a pile and after 2 trips the carpet looks like new. She also removed a putty stain that was attempted by another carpet cleaner and couldn’t be shifted so the carpet was waiting to be replaced. Natalie got this out too, amazing work. Thank you so so much. I honestly thought I would have to replace both. I can highly recommend NCS
From when I first messaged Natalie through to when the job was completed she was fab! Really responsive to messages, such a brilliant price (I’d literally been quoted nearly £100 more elsewhere), she was bang on time, just cracked on and got the job done and the results are fabulous. Both my sofas and my stairs and landing carpet done and dusted in a couple of hours. Both look completely brand new again. 100% recommend. Thanks Natalie
Natalie did a great job cleaning our two sofas. She was polite, punctual and professional. She was also great with our dog who can be a little nervous with visitors! Thoroughly recommended and will definitely be in touch again for future cleaning needs.

Had my carpets and sofas cleaned and wooden floors mopped in time for the arrival of my little man. Natalie done an absolutely amazing job, the carpets and upholstery looked like new , and after having two dogs ruling the house , it was a big task .
