   Had a dry verge tile that had fallen off the side of my roof. The local glazing company who fitted it 4 years ago said they were "too busy" to re-fit it for me. Contacted Faz and he came out the same day to re-fit the tile. Quality service and great price. Would highly recommend his company.

   I cannot recommend Faz and Tom highly enough. We had a leak in one of our top bedroom ceilings (3 storey town house) that needed repairing. Faz identified the problem, took photos and explained what needed doing and the cost. He put in a temporary fix until the work could be completed in full, which was late on a Friday afternoon. The detail that Faz goes to in terms of explaining what needs doing; why it needs doing, and the cost breakdown is superb. Polite and courteous, which immediately puts you at ease. Do not hesitate to use the guys if you require maintenance.

   I can’t recommend wolf building maintenance services enough. They provided a very reasonable quote, were so friendly and professional. The quality of work is fantastic and left everywhere clean and tidy. They also provided a guarantee for all the work and before and after photographs so we could see the work on the roof.    They did a brilliant job. My gutters and drains were long overdue for cleaning, and finding a professional had been challenging as multiple other businesses either cancelled on me last minute or took very long to get in touch. From requesting the job to its completion, everything was smooth and fantastic. Faz was quick to respond to my query and I managed to book them in the same week of my request. They were on time and extremely informative about the steps involved. My gutters have never looked so clean. They went above and beyond by taking down some old Christmas lights from the second floor. They took pictures to show the before and after, and informed me of some issues that need to be looked at. Very helpful and very professional. I will solely be using this business for any further services my property needs. Would highly recommend and have already recommended them to my family.

   Absolutely amazing quality of work! As always the lads were on time, well spoken and worked solid for three days straight until the job was complete. They were very considerate of our property and those of the surrounding areas. All of the street has commented on how professional they were and several have asked for their contact details.    Faz and his colleague provided an excellent service in clearing the blocked gutters and down pipes and repaired a couple of misplaced roof slates. He was very good at communicating and turned up exactly when he said he would. They worked very quickly and efficiently and Faz even provided before and after photographic proof of the work carried out. So happy with the work completed, great price and highly recommended.

   Very professional from start to finish! Faz arranged a time to come and give us a quote (which was very competitive) and didn't try to push anything as some contractors tend to do. After confirming everything, Faz and his co-worker arrived at the time we had combined and did a great job, even providing us with before and after photos (we had no idea our gutters were so dirty and full of moss). They cleaned everything up after they finished the job and we can honestly say they were very thorough and friendly. By the way, Faz is one of the calmest guy I've ever come across! He's easy to talk to and really, really polite. We'll definitely be using his services again!
