   Avoid this company—terrible service and unprofessional conduct. I was given a quote after sending pictures of my home for only half of the work to be completed and poorly at that. I was told they didnt have enough time to do the kitchen and they had a quick clean around the living room. I live alone and keep on top of the house. I was told they done a "deep clean" of  upstairs, these rooms are the easier rooms to clean other that the en suite. There was no communication if i would have had a preference, which if given the choice it would have been to have the downstairs and particularly the kitchen completed. Had i had known there was not sufficient time, for the cost, I would not have gone ahead and booked. After telling them that i was unhappy with the service i had received and sending photos of smeared windows and dust left behind of the rooms that had been done, i have been told the girls worked to a "high standard" and I have since been ignored. Before i had chosen a date and paid my deposit, my images i had sent over for the quote were used on their Instagram story to promote their availability with out my consent and with it being a property they had not yet cleaned at that point. Completely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Rebecca Cowan's Response: Thank you for your reply. However, I strongly disagree with your response and stand by my review. Misleading Quote & Service Expectations I provided images upfront, and your team quoted based on those. If there were concerns about build-up, this should have been raised before confirming the booking, not after the job was done poorly. I was not informed that the full service would not be completed until after the cleaners had finished, you can see this on our WhatsApp. This gave me no opportunity to adjust my booking or expectations. Quality of Cleaning The "before and after" pictures do not change the fact that windows were smeared, dust was left behind, and key areas were neglected. A "high standard" of work should not leave basic cleaning tasks incomplete. Unprofessional Use of Images Using images of my home without consent to advertise your services is unacceptable. This is not just a mistake; it is a breach of trust. Lack of Customer Care My complaint was not about comparing my home to someone else’s but about the lack of transparency and quality in the service I received. Rather than addressing my concerns properly, you have chosen to dismiss them. The fact that your team "works as fast as possible" does not justify rushing through a job and leaving it half-done. Had I known the service would be this incomplete, I would not have proceeded with the booking. Your response does not acknowledge any real accountability, which reinforces my recommendation for others to avoid your company.    Arranged for a full clean including inside windows and blinds after building work in the downstairs. Prompt with responses, explained what was in the different packages available. Friendly staff and very understanding of my anxiety issues. Did a fantastic job and I'd love to be able to have them in once a month. Coming home after shopping to a spotless house was wonderful.

   Peachy Clean came to do a deep clean of our home this week and it was spotless. Rose and Jess both worked hard for 3 hours (6 cleaning hours in total) and did every inside window, all the plantation shutters, bathroom and toilet, surfaces and floors throughout. And all the kitchen cupboard fronts. Lovely girls, great attention to detail will be booking again for sure! Thanks PC XX

   Peachy Clean have helped clean our student HMO for a couple of years now - they came today to deep clean 4 shower rooms for us. The girls are always extremely friendly, arrived on time, came equipped with all they needed to complete the job, worked hard all day and left our shower rooms sparkling and smelling amazing.    I have used peachy clean on and off for 3 years, including professionally via my work. They are second to none. I’ve been let down with unprofessional and unreliable places previously but Emily, Matt and every single cleaner I’ve met so far are brilliant. Always pleasant, on time, so thorough and they do not stop from the moment they arrive. Came home yesterday after another clean and was just so so pleased. Even found time to tidy up my kids board games and arrange them more efficiently. As I can’t clean myself due to health issues, I am so grateful for peachy clean and all their wonderful staff.    Just had Rose and Abbi from Peachy Clean come and do a one off general clean on my house. I’m absolutely thrilled with how amazingly clean it is. I can see they’ve really worked hard and the whole house is gleaming. I will be booking in a deep clean for my mum and dad and will hopefully have them come regularly to my house in the new year!!
