   Far far too picky. Waited in for an uplift of two Slumberland mattresses in great condition, which were refused because of supposed stains that even under a phone torch I can still hardly see. I would be perfectly happy to sleep on the mattresses and I’m sure there are loads of people who would be very grateful to have them. Won’t bother using Furniture Plus again, will just stick stuff on freecycle.

   Furniture plus staff are unbelievably friendly. Kind. Helpful. They go out their way to help. Customer service is second to none. Well done everyone. The shop in Dunfermline is an Aladdin’s cave.

   Wouldn't bother visiting Furniture Plus Dunfermline if you have any mobility issues or are disabled. Yes they have a disabled ramp but it's in extremely poor/dangerous condition. Then once you navigate the dangerous ramp they have a lip at the bottom of the door making getting a wheelchair with someone in it over the door an ordeal. It's pretty obvious how this company views their potential disabled customers. If they cared that much that access ramp would have been fixed as a matter of priority. Personally I'd give it a wide berth. Better can be found on Facebook marketplace & for cheaper.

   Responded quickly and arrived as well arranged but refused a 3 seater leather sofa in great condition just because it was dirty underneath . I even offered to wash it for them . I just couldn’t have turned it upside down myself and hadn’t thought to check the underneath . Far too fussy ! Waste of my time arranging . Won’t use again ! I’m sure it will be snapped up elsewhere for nothing !

   Very disappointing. I had telephoned to ask process for uplift of donated furniture and at no time was I told that this would be decided on the day. When the team arrived they were lovely but immediately said the table was too old as was the rest of the furniture I had offered. There was other furniture I knew was not fit for donation and asked for price for house clearance but although they promised to be in touch on Monday I never heard from them again. I was not annoyed at them not taking the furniture but that I had never been told that could happen and wasted 3 weeks. However very professional company dealt with it today and I would not recommend furniture plus to anyone.
