Ordered LVT flooring, when opened by fitter it was all broken. Robert offered to see whether they could replace, but when I asked for a refund was told it was the fitter’s fault and “you don’t do that to people “, he was not very pleasant. Will not use again.
I had one of the owners Robert come out and quote to have some LVT fitted in my hall and living room, Robert was a gentleman and took some time how it would be fitted and provided a fair price. Unfortunately from here on pretty much everything went wrong, the wrong flooring arrived which to a certain extent was understandable and a little back forward the correct flooring was ordered. They then subbed the job out to a floor fitter Peter who was highly recommended by Robert, what a disaster, after he had supposedly finished I had to get back three times to sort the total mess he had left. Eventually I gave up and paid someone else to come and try and sort out his mess, he could only repair so much and advised that firstly not enough adhesive had been used and to be the whole had the appearance of being rushed, to correct it properly it would have be lifted and refitted. What really disgusted me was the fitter was prepared to walk away and put his name to this and surprise no call or follow up from shop to see how it went and was I happy with the completed work. Simply if you want to purchase from them feel free but UNDENO CURCUMSTANCE ALLOW THEM TO FIT IT!! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.. VERY POOR SERVICE.

Got carpet and laminate fitted. Laminate was fine and fitted great. Carpet on the other hand wasn’t. One on stair needed to adjusted, took about three weeks for this to be sorted. Also got a mat well don’t at back door, same carpet fitter done this and is really poor work. Bits of the framing coming off and the joins not aligned. Still waiting for this to be resolved after nearly a month, no contact from shop other than what’s been made by myself and keep palming me off with dates for it to fixed but nothings happened as of yet. Poor service. Carpet fitter not good if he’s happy with the work he’s done. Wouldn’t use them again.
I got a carpet and laminate deal from Robert. This was for my first house so wanted it to be perfect. I went in not really knowing much about carpets (still don't to be fair) and with a budget. Robert took the time to go through the many ranges he had within my budget and was able to find the right flooring for me. I didn't have to wait too long either which was a bonus. When the carpet fitters arrived they were very polite and provided me with great advice for caring for a new carpet. I'll definitely be giving Robert a call when it's time to renew my floors.
