Two stars for a good range of products and a lovely clean and presentable store. Minus one star for staff who prefer chatting to each other before serving customers, minus one star for the bad attitude from the person who couldn't be bothered to give advice to my wife on the type of battery needed for a car key (I imagine it was too much trouble to consult the internet) and minus another star for the person who thought it was smart to deliberately lock the gates to the car park next to Shimla Cottage thus trapping my Wife in the pitch black, freezing cold and pouring rain. Keep up that kind of service and there will be no customers.

Gibb Stuart has everything to meet your hardware needs- and more! I've given it 4 stars because they currently sell an electric propagator priced £36.99; Aldi sells the EXACT same one for £19.99, which they then reduced to £14.99 then £7.99. That's quite a difference.
Staff give outstanding help. Adjusted a broom handle to fit a brush at no extra charge, helped me find other items. Great variety of stock from cleaning products to Christmas decorations and toys. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you
