Phoned about a tool that was advertised for sale put on hold for half an hour then said he was at the doctors. I phoned multiple times but got totally time wasted. Customer service is non existent not impressed in the slightest.
Recipe for disaster if you are using this company, worst buisness ive ever delt with, extreme time wasters for a start and they were also selling on a large lump of industrial machines with set prices on advertisments, i travel an hour to pick up a specific model and they had a totally different model ready for me, price was 250 and he chargers me 300 for a competely different model so i wasnt happy, i ended up taking is because i had traveld a far distance, get home with it and handed it in to be checked out and the thing was completely gubbed, highly not recommended to trust this company……
Used on many occasions used to be good ,but Customer relations is a joke took lawnmower if recently to get ready for season starting was told to bring back just before I start using then they would repair it , travelled 35 mins each way to be turned away . Won't return
