   Ordered a pair of gloves yesterday said they were in stock , so went along to the shop , to be told “aw is it the gloves I’ve looked and can’t find them I’ll need to refund you “ after been told my order was ready to collect. Shambolic customer service won’t be back.

   Very easy transaction. First time I've used the online service. A number of parking spaces outside unit, and directly across from screwfix. Click and collect was effortless. Good range of products that were unavailable elsewhere.

   Pleasant visit 10/10 Was served by young man Stephen, very knowledgeable and proactive in finding another product due to the item I required not being in stock. Thank you Sir Used to actively avoid this store as I would never preorder and usually served by a baldy man who’s huffing and puffing just puts you off. Anyhow glad to be using tool station again and avoiding the overcrowding across the road

   On my visit today, I was struggling to find a certain few items. Asking for help I was helped by a lovely, pleasant staff member called Naomi. She went out of her way to make sure I was getting the best items and her service was one of a kind. Explaining everything she will be the reason why I come back in future visits. Thank you Naomi you’re a credit to your company.
