I tried yo book an appointment since one month .No one pickup the call . Such a worst experience of my life.
The only way for your call to get through is if you call at exactly 12pm. You'll just get hung up on otherwise. But incredibly lovely and helpful staff once your call gets through.
We have had numerous appointments at this hospital recently and are always amazed by the great treatment we received by the wonderful staff. The staff clearly have a lot to deal with when they meet every kind of person under the sun, some who have made it their hobby to complain, some who are impatient, and some who are just downright horrible. Despite this the staff act in a very caring manner and manage to carry out their nursing with care, thank you. In addition to this there is a very nice cafe called The Place to Eat and this was always our go to place for coffee and bacon rolls after treatment. There is a good choice of breakfast foods available and a decent amount of drinks from the machine, all at a good cost. All served by pleasant, friendly staff, 2 rolls with sausage and bacon and a coffee for about £6, a bargain, thank you.
Disappointing to see someone who's job is to care for others at the infirmary celebrated the murder of a person and stated that the gunman 'deserves a medal'.
They literally saved my life so they get 5 stars from me. Huge thanks to Kailie in (hope I’m spelling that right!) in cardiology, who made my heart work again :) I owe you a drink
Tried to cancel CT appointment for over a week but no one answered at appointments office! Then tried clinical radiology to rebook but again no one answered my call! Poor show, I hope I was not classed as a no show! RIE could do better!
