I don't think your business deserves 5 stars, I booked a clean back in October once but then could not get any response to book further cleans. Have tried ringing, WhatsApp and email to no avail. Always getting slow one line responses. You really need to improve your customer service experience. What an amazing Company. I called them needing an urgent post-tenancy clean and they worked out how to help, sending three incredible staff. The staff worked so hard but were a delight to have around. Polite, efficient, reliable, trustworthy, thorough and definitely went the extra mile. I used them for carpet cleaning and windows too and am thrilled I did. From now on I will use them regularly and would highly recommend them. Great team and prices were fair too. I have a few student accomadation properties around Liverpool and Ormskirk. I hire Spotless every year as I have found them to provide the highest standard of cleaning. I have used a lot of cleaning companies and non come anywhere close to Spotless.
I called Spotless as I had work done in my home. The girls who come to clean where brilliant, very friendly polite and cleaned to a high standard. Will definately use Spotless again.
