   Not dealt with a company this good for a very long time! Simon spent so much time guiding me through the best products for my needs (new to lathe ownership!) and made sure I got everything I needed. He built me a completed shopping basket online after speaking with me and I just went on the website and checked out, which turned out less than my original basket! 10/10 service will 100% be using in future as my supplier for engineering supplies and look forward to placing future orders and having Simons vast knowledge available to make sure I am getting the right thing.    Fantastic customer service, I made my first purchase today and the customer service was above and beyond. I called before I made my purchase to see if delivery would be possible for when I needed it in short notice, the very helpful guy took my number and said he would check and call me back, 2mins later and he called me and confirmed he had the items in stock and that he could get them delivered but to do this he had to personally drop my items to the courier on his way home as the cut off was 14:30 and I called at 15:20 and the courier had been and gone. Honestly a genuine nice company to purchase from and i will definitely be buying from these guys again.

   I ordered a cast iron grate and fireback from Natural Heating which arrived as promised last Tuesday. Sadly one of the legs on the fireback was broken although it had been well packed. I contacted the company immediately and they told me that a replacement would be sent to us. This arrived intact two days later. What amazing service. I can highly recommend this company.
