We attended Nuffield Edinburgh for visa medicals last week. The service was exceptional! Family of 5 with 3 children is no easy task, but the staff made us feel very welcome. Really relaxed, kind and considerate of making it work with the children. Vicky the coordinator must of had lots of emails and questions from us, she was great at reassuring us and supporting us to get appointments as soon as possible. The teams are great! Thanks again, will hopefully send you a postcard from Australia soon!
I received a penalty parking charge for using the car park here while attending my appointment. On appealing that charge with Smart Parking Ltd, my appeal was accepted but a further charge of £20.00 was applied. I will never use Nuffield Health ever again.
Booked a private MRI scan directly through NUFIELD Hospital. It was straightforward, uncomplicated, and I did not need a referral. I had a health concern and would’ve got nowhere quickly, going through my gp, and I just wanted some confirmation that I was okay, or whether there was something wrong. The reception staff made this very easy, I was booked in for a scan within one week, and when I attended for this, the hospital was in a beautiful converted mansion house in Edinburgh, in pristine condition, with professional and helpful staff. It was also unlike other private hospitals I’ve been too which are now over run with patients. The scan was reviewed by radiographers and a consultant, who called me to inform me I did indeed have a problem that needed further investigation, and he explained what these tests should be. Again, he was kindly, professional and I was grateful for such care. All in all, I can’t recommend NUFIELD hospital enough. If something is nagging away at you, and you’re wondering if something is wrong, get in touch with them to find out what that is, or get it fixed there by the consultants surgically. Don’t waste time waiting.
Have referred clients here for years and have never had anything other than a first class experience. Namely with the radiology department and Consultant radiologist Graham McKillop and Consultant in Sport Exercise Medicine Carrie McCrea-Routray. An outstanding service with outstanding professionals. Fantastic overall experience from admission to discharge, staff were helpful and very friendly. Surgery went very smoothly and everything was well explained to me. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
From my first appointment through until my operation, discharge and beyond, the care, attention and service was been superb. I was really well looked after, procedures were well explained and I was impressed by a telephone follow up the day after the procedure. Thank you to everyone involved.
I have been there today with my husband. He was so anxious about the process, but all staff was so helpful and lovely including the reception staff, the nurses and the doctors. The hospital was welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much for everything.
Unacceptable behaviour on reception phone call. They just hang up the phone call while I was talking to a reception lady. I mean I was gonna pay 300 for just a 15min appointment and you just hang up while I'm talking? How can you not respect at all your patients? My partner many weeks ago request online to book an appointment with an orthopaedic in this clinic. I wouldn't leave a feedback but I really wasn't expecting such a bad call manners and such an unorganised place.
