I’d recommend knowing your machines before offering laundry services to the public and having machines with different heat settings, as different clothes have varying temperature limits. I wouldn’t trust them handing any of my clothes without this basic knowledge. The lady on the phone was oblivious to this!

Extremely poor customer service from head office. Our washing came out stained despite checking the drum was empty, when I tried to talk with the head office the woman consistently cut across me and offered no apology or resolution. Conveniently the company also has no complaints procedure so I’m sure nothing will ever improve. Don’t waste your time here and go somewhere else.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this laundromat. The person in charge was extremely rude and unprofessional. My friends and I were asked to leave in a very harsh manner, simply for standing in front of the place. The attitude we received was disrespectful, and the whole situation was completely unnecessary. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the poor treatment we received. I should clarify that I was not a customer. This review is solely based on the treatment I received from this person.
Using the app was great. It’s great to know exactly when your washing is finishing and to be able to see how many machines are available at a certain time. It is a bit more expensive than other laundrettes I’ve visited, but the convenience makes up for it. I especially liked the locked door, so you have to have the code from the app to open it. It’s good to have that extra bit of security to leave your washing and come back when it’s done.
I recently got my daughters jacket cleaned really good service and really nice staff. I will definitely be going back.
Paid £12.80 for my jacket to be Wet Cleaned. A month later I took the same jacket in to store and they wanted to charge me double. I still had the receipt from my previous visit and presented this, but she didn't want to know. Absolutely bizarre. I will not be returning. Avoid

If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. The hoodie I‘ve given them to wash became a dress. Don‘t go there to wash things it‘s not worth the money!
I recently sent in some wardrobe favourites that are still lovely but a couple of pieces are a bit fragile to say the least. I can’t be happier with the results. Everything looks pristine and well cared for and I look forward to wearing them again. If you return the hangers they also donate to some local worthy causes. Thanks so much for making my clothes ready-to-wear once more!
