5 stars care, especially for a public hospital. The waiting time in A&E is not bad compared to other hospitals. When admitted, you are treated like a king, as long as you are respectful and appreciative as well.
I visited accident and emergency after a fall at home The care and attention were superb. I was attend to quickly the Junior Doctor who was exceptional. Very good Xray team and a consultant came to see me. I cannot speak highly enough of the team. Right down to a glass of water and a cup of tea. This was the NHS at its very best
Once you know where it is, easy! Local buses go. Hilly if mobility problems. Well looked after.freindly staff, clean and tidy. Parking available too.
Had 2 op's in Pri one in May other July both 2025, many out patients appointments, everyone that was involved with me were amazing. Lovely wee hospital compared to Ninewells, and so clean, back tomorrow for another app in another dept. I travel from Montrose, but its well worth the journey.
My wife Was recently admitted for breast surgery ,the whole process from start to finish was highly professional every member of staff at all levels were superb very caring and couldn’t be more kind and supportive they are all a credit to the nhs thank you to each and everyone of you ,your hard work and commitment doesn’t go unnoticed
A&E Nice staff and helpful. The setup is quite slow. Most junior doctors have to run things by their senior who are not on the ward. The nurses appear to be doing all the running around, but the junior doctors don't appear to have any urgency about them and seem to go at the same slow pace regardless of how many patients are waiting. They gave the impression that they were not going to hurry for anyone.
all staff were very kind and compassionate, I was very fortunate to be given a private room with my own shower and toilet. I feel at ease knowing my local hospital is so amazing.
Special thanks to imaging team in CT for looking after my mum so well during her scan this afternoon. She was very anxious beforehand but said you took great care of her. Much appreciated!
