Big shout for Tracey and Katie from Cumbernauld Westfield Store who went above and beyond the call of duty to build an item for me. I am delighted with the service and pleasant staff.
Just tried the new cafe in Cumbernauld, too busy last visit, hubby & I both enjoyed breakfast rolls. They have the tea I like. Lemon and ginger infusion. Great for paracetamol capsules and other remedies. Always buy something I didn't know I needed lol.
It was a lovely store however at the tills a lead sales Donna had to come down to do a void but didn't listen to the cashier as to what happened. She had a very bad attitude to the situation and didn't apologise and admit she was in the wrong cand the void didn't come off. She cancelled the whole transaction and I had to empty my shopping again to be put through. Diabolical customer service.
Very nice till staff. One of the floor staff (I think she may have been a manager, I'm not sure) was very nippy. The 4 stars are only so high because of the politeness of everyone else.
