Shout out to Stuart in the Kirkintilloch store for excellent customer service and care when there was an error with my Christmas food order. He fixed the issue immediately and met me personally in store to make sure everything was sorted. That’s what great customer service looks like!

This store in Partick is in a good area for me, but I've been buying very little here because I've been trying to get a physical Nectar Card for months and for some reason Nectar wouldn't send me one and I got sick of seeing most other were paying less for many products., although after speaking to someone at customer service In store and getting a phone number apparently one has been posted to me
It's less stressful than Tesco, and prices aren't too different from anywhere else now..surprisingly!
Very poor pricing displays,I purchased 2jars of Nescafé coffee, pricing showing £4.50 but on getting home and checking my receipt I'd been charged £6.80 per jar.Poorvshow Sainsbury's.
When in .store staff are very friendly and helpful. There is now a Argos in store which is great and just a pleasant place to shop with ATM for banking services

Definitely the place l like to shop the location the different way to check out the quality not always the prices good service. They seems to work on reducing food l said seems because the backstage is rarely nice in a supermarket. Unless that and all the bad think about big consumption sainsburys is in my top 5
I've always like this shop, the big one at braehead I better but their produce is always good quality, decent car parking and the staff are friendly. Just don't buy the bells steak pie. Half filled and the pasty is nasty. My wife and I had two spoonfuls each of meat and gravy, it was well cooked and tasty but extremely small portion. I normally make my own or buy one from the local butchers.
