I went to leave a package at his post office and the person who attended me was impolite indicating that it was not his responsibility if the package arrived, they didn't have a packing bag.
If you want to be ripped off then this is the place to come, on Sunday 7/4/24 7.30pm I went into the shop to get pouch of usual tobacco, upon returning home and opening the packet to find there was no tobacco, papers and only half packet of filter tips the packet had been stuffed with damp toilet paper an resealed. I went to shop to ask for refund to be met with a barrage of abusive language and threatening behaviour, reported to trading standards and police. Shop owner will NOT refund or offer to fix problem.
Good store which has lots of bits and pieces in.

Incredibly rude every time I go and ask to collect my parcel from Evri. Why nominate yourself to be a Evri collection point if it’s such an inconvenience? Not only that today my order was marked delivered here but the shop doesn’t have it.
Got a parcel delivered here and it's as if the staff don't even want to speak to you. Ignorance comes as standard, I will AVOID getting any parcels delivered to this shop in the future
Avoid this shop at all costs, the food they sell is out of date, unfortunately for me I didn’t realise this until it was too late. Disgusting overpriced shop which just looks dirty. If you get parcels delivered here, they might turn them away and the delivery driver has no choice but to resend them to the company. Absolutely no respect for the customers that put money in their thieving pockets.
The worst customer service i've ever experienced. there are two guys with absolutly rude and disgusting manner. I had gone there regarding an Amazon issue. the guys ignored me after i said hello and kept me waiting for them though there wasn't any other customer and they were doing nothing important. When i asked them to help me with the service, one of the guys almost through my package back at me saying he can't do it without the code. i was so shocked that i forgot what to do next. his behavior was totally unbearable until the entire work was done. i will make sure i will never visit this shop again. Such a pitty there are man people with good manner looking for a job while such people are unable to behave even normally with customers.
