   Disappointed with Customer Service The choice in this store is okay, but quite basic compared to Lidl.My main issue, however, is with the staff. I had an unpleasant experience when using the fast lane checkout—an employee began moving my trolley without saying anything, practically pulling it out of my hands, and nearly hurt me in the process. It felt rushed and aggressive. I understand that retail jobs are tough and wages can be low, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers poorly. Ultimately, it's the customers who keep the store running. A bit of courtesy goes a long way.

   I hate going in here, but the food is cheap, and I'm on a tight budget at the moment. One of the managers seems to think I'm a shoplifter, which is not the case. He has told his staff to watch me, which they do at all times. Most of the time, I just laugh at them or sometimes wind them up.

   Have always liked to shop at Aldi but for good number of months the Bellshill store has been very poor. Empty shelves even on a monday n Friday some goods been unable to get for months. Left this store today and travelled to Motherwell Aldi what a difference all shelves full everything you want and more even the green comfortable bags would give their store 5 stars n more

   Awful customer service from sharon in Motherwell. Made a complaint about her awful behaviour only to find that she lied about the encounter, and the head office believed her over their customer. It's usually friendly enough but this lady is not a good rep for aldi.

   I should shop here more often. Was pleasantly surprised at the checkout. my shopping was 20/30 pounds less than I expected it to be. The quality & quantity is different from the supermarket I use regularly go to so it's nice to see and have a change

   Filled my cupboards and fridge & freezer best range of products for low price customer service was excellent, asked for recommended wine for food and got shown which wine goes well with different types of foods with both white and red wines. Stock was low for new years but still at good quality of products for the time of year it was, best way to end year well done
