   Very disappointed with how my son and his friends were treated. The floor was wet, and the warning sign wasn’t placed properly — one of them slipped but thankfully didn’t fall. Instead of helping, a male staff member in a high-vis vest blocked their way and snapped, “What do you want?” Moments later, a female staff member shouted across the store, “Get what you need and get out!” — embarrassing them in front of everyone. Then, before they even reached the checkout, the same male staff member accused one of them of putting something in his pocket. The boys showed they had nothing and left feeling humiliated. Between the unsafe wet floor, false accusation, and rude behaviour, this was completely unacceptable. Teenagers deserve respect like any other customer. Aldi needs to train staff on professionalism and basic courtesy.

   This branch of supermarket is near Hame Bargins in Wishaw and prices are reasonable. The products are very good quality and not over priced with a great variety, the staff are outstandingly friendly and helpful even though it’s always quite busy, all round great shopping experience .

   This must be my favourite shop, I love that they keep their prices low but they don't skimp on quality. I go into this shop and come out again with meal options for most of the week. Without spending a fortune.
