i’m doing a hair removal course and i have to say that nowhere else does it as cheaply and as easily as thérapie. the customer service is always top notch, with appointments being easy to book and flexible. the laser operator definitely knows her stuff and answered all questions and queries i had regarding post laser care. couldn’t recommend more :-)
I have been seeing Sarah G for about three years. During this time, I’ve had dermal fillers and Botox with her several times, and the results have always been very good. I came in today for a top-up, and once again her technique was excellent. The procedure was very gentle and precise, when I got home, I felt almost no discomfort at all, as if nothing had been done, yet the results are clearly visible and natural. Pauline is warm, professional, and very knowledgeable. She clearly explained every step of the treatment, checked my skin type, and guided me on what results to expect. Amara was equally supportive and made sure I felt relaxed and confident during the session. Their patience, communication, and friendly attitude really stood out. During the treatment, they consistently checked my comfort level and adjusted the settings to suit my sensitivity, which I appreciated a lot. Even though I visited during my period, they ensured everything was hygienic and that I felt completely at ease. The procedure was quick, efficient, and a lot less painful than I expected. They also took time to explain the aftercare — what to apply, what to avoid, and how my skin might react. Their professionalism made a big difference, and it shows they genuinely care about their clients’ comfort and results. I had full body and face 10 sessions each After my sessions, I’ve already started seeing amazing results: reduced growth, smoother skin, and longer gaps between regrowth. Staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve had microneedling here, and the attention to detail and level of care are far better than what I’ve experienced elsewhere. They make sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire treatment, which really puts you at ease. They also provide the remaining serum from the mask for aftercare, which is a thoughtful touch. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to others. The late evening appointment slots are a great bonus.
I had my hair laser session with Agnieszka, and she was absolutely great. She’s professional, nice, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She explained every step clearly and worked with care and attention to detail. The session went smoothly. Highly recommend her!!

Loved my consultation with Sophie. She’s super knowledgable, friendly and patient. I’ve always been apprehensive about getting laser but the reassurances on the treatment have really helped and they offer great deals and packages. Excited to start treatment this year!

I rarely, if ever, leave reviews but feel compelled to share one for this amazing team in St James' Quarter, Edinburgh. The salon itself was such a bright and inviting space, but it is the lovely, friendly approachable staff that really make it shine. I was slightly nervous about going in as it was the first visit and I wanted to look at my options/costs for treatment. There was no need to worry - team knew their stuff, took the time to discuss my options and were super friendly. Very happy to recommend to my friends - and to get booked in too! :)
Caitlin was just fantastic!! She was very welcoming and friendly. She explained exactly what to expect from my treatment before, during and after. I cannot recommend her or this clinic enough! I would give 6 stars if I could!!
