   I've been to see Ishbel three times now and each time I walk away feeling better and having left behind pains. So far I haven't seen her for the same issues as when she does her healing she's solved them there and then. She has a lovely balance between sharing the scientific and emotional reasons behind the pains you are feeling. She is now my go-to person to see above therapy, massage or any other treatments when I am in pain and need some help.

   MFR- my sessions with Ishbel are always so amazingly effective. Before if I had sore shoulders I’d go for a massage but that would only release the pain or tension for a day or two and it would be back. Since expecting MFR I get an instant release with this work process and it lasts and in some of my tension areas is completely gone. As a busy career woman and single mum this therapy and Ishbel’s amazing gifts/skills has been a eye opening experience to how we manage our physical and emotional health. Highly recommend
