Good range of products and staff showed good customer service skills by heling me find some very random items! Car park is large but can be difficult to find a space and enter and exit due to the proximity of the Glasgow Fort. Not their fault really but perhaps making the car park a Morrisons customer only car park would help if possible.
I used to shop at tescos every little helps apparently! Morrisons you get more especially at Auchinlea store. It’s clean and easy to find items. The reason I am writing a review is because of the wonderful magical staff. Lorraine the manager has a team particularly on self service special mention to Debbie, Francis and Josephine for being so kind and supportive. I suffer from neurological isssues, raynauds and have autism/ADHD. They are incredibly helpful from losing my keys, phone, struggling with my shopping or just having an off day they take the time to assist and genuinely feel they care. They are a credit to Morrisons and the store. Lastly the new security especially Keye his smile brightens the store and lovely greeting and goodbye makes my day. Keep shining! Thank you for excellent customer care and service :)
Quite a few items we were shopping for were out of stock. Basic things like their own brand tortilla chips and double cream. Slim pickings on the beef stewing steak front too. Bit poor for a large supermarket.
Went there over the weekend to get fruits and vegetables for my sons purées and breakfast everything I bought was full of mould on the next day! All pears tomatoes strawberries and everything else was disgusting! The bananas were brown on the inside full of mould where you can’t see too. I’m on maternity leave and paying for these things cost a fortune! The shop is never stocked up properly and meats are all over the place. Won’t be shopping there again ever. Bad quality for the money you pay. It’s also always empty even on the weekends which says a lot about the shop.
My wife and I enjoy shopping in Morrisons, we do 75% of our shopping with you. Sadly one of your staff was very rude to my wife, when she asked for help to find an item it was pointed out to her and then the staff member asked "can you not read" very disappointed, otherwise everyone else has been very helpful and courteous.
Went to the cafe for breakfast, ordered the ultimate breakfast with a portion of chips. The ultimate breakfast was missing a Larne sausage, a slice of bacon, and a flat mushroom. Worst was the portion of chips I ordered to go with it. As I got to the bottom of the portion of chips I found mayonnaise in the pot. I hadn't put any mayonnaise on my chips which left me thinking that either the pot hadn't been washed or the chips had been recycled off another plate. Black pudding was overcooked, Larne sausage was gristly. Table was also a bit mucky. All in all it completely spoiled my appetite and experience. I was refunded 1.99 for the chips at my request from the manager. I didn't mention the missing items as by the time I'd realised I'd eaten most of the meal and figured it would look like I was being difficult. Serious retraining needed at this branch based on today's experience.

I have not been here for a while up till recently. It has certainly been improved in appearance but for some reason I could not find what I was looking for. I wanted fresh haddock. They had none. I could get octopus but no haddock. Other items also missing! Maybe it's just me.
Conveniently positioned store. Located next to the M8 and Fort shopping centre. Plenty of parking. Clean store and plenty of self service check outs, unsure of the additional security gate?
