Good shop and plenty of variety. Prices are very reasonable. I don't do my big shop there as I cannot get all that I want. There are only certain things I like.
My wife was accused of not scanning an item before putting it in a bag and was banned from returning to the store without providing clear evidence or a chance to hear what happened. The same incident happened to one of the customers beside us at the self-checkout, but she was not accused. I feel discrimination, harsh, and one-sided, and lacks professionalism or fairness. A more balanced.
Save on your food bill and shop at Aldi. Yes, it is possible to save money, but the stock levels at the Parkhead branch are pretty low
Good experience with cheap rates
My first time visiting an Aldi store. It was very spacious and well laid out. Clean and bright. Great selection of foods etc. Very reasonable priced too.
Disappointed with the service. Asked the assistant at the till to check the cartons of milk as I believed one appeared to be leaking. He said they were fine. Then passed all me other goods through fast and I literally felt they were being slammed through. Didn’t give it any thought thinking he’d had a bad day, doesn’t excuse the bad service, or could it possibly be the football jacket my adult son had chose to wear today. Not normally an issue in my local store. Anyway arrived home and half the milk had leaked out into the bottom of my shopping bag. Fortunately it had leaked onto the carpet in the car.
It was always great to shop in Aldi but now I think its not cheap anymore and even the quality of food is gone down aswell. Hope Aldi will pay attention towards this
