   Very very rude ,unprofessional. WRITEN EVRI ,ROYAL MAİL,AMAZON service but NOT HELPFUL AT ALL . I returned my Amazon parcel straight away she said give me phone ,made me feel what kind of service is this????????she can say sorry I need to scan the barcode !costumers won't be feel offended. Costumers come to the shop to buy something after seeing the service makes me feel they don't need costumer . Very very rude . No smile ,no hai ?????????to the costumers????????UNPROFESIONAL ,BETTER GO TO DIFFERENT SHOP THAT MORE NICER STAFF .

   Most unhelpful, bad mannered staff. Went to collect a parcel today and after stating my name and showing my ID the staff member told me to 'speak'! I can only assume he didn't hear me (I was wearing face mask) I work in retail and clearly there is a more appropriate way of speaking to a member of the public!! I will never be shopping here again, absolute shocking customer service
