They still have a proper bakery so the rolls don't smell and taste weird, totally worth the visit. Plus the carvery meal deal is a bargin.

I used to really like shopping there. However in the past year or so I can see that the quality of fruit and vegetables changed.. They almost never have any carrier bags, forcing you to purchase large expensive bag if you forteg your own, or carry your shopping in your hands. Also, trolleys are all over the place at the car park, and only 1 person constantly having to bring them all back, which is a hard job for all day to do for 1 person. Another thing - staff smoking at the building premises. Regardless if it's the front door or the side of the store, the smell travels right into the shop and you can smell it from the end of the store. Also it's always an endless wait. At self checkout even if you wait 5 mins they won't approach you first because you wait longest, they will randomly go to people so you may wait forever. If you go to the till, staff are chatting either with other staff who do shopping, making others wait forever, or they chat to their pals customers. No consideration of others being in a rush, maybe to go to work, Drs etc. I think the overall service and quality is going downhill and I hope that one day (hopefully soon) I will return to this feedback to give a positive update.

Closed down to only 1 till open at 1715 on a Thursday, as the 2nd till the individual was now finished and starting directing people to the one remaining till. No effort was made to find a replacement for that 2nd till. The one remaining till was running incredibly slowly as two staff members who are now off shift and buying their shopping, plus the checkout staff member, are too busy having a chat and taking an age to put through shopping. By the time we went through there were 5 other unhappy customers with trollies behind us and comments had been made to other staff members about opening another till, which didn't seem to have any effect. The main issue was the two staff members doing their shopping having no cognisance of others in the store and treating it as if they were all in the break room having a natter. This coupled with the ridiculousness of only having 1 till open right after 5pm made the whole situation frankly unbelievable.

No trolleys and all too often very few staff around, seems understaffed.

The worst Morrisons in their chain. From hygiene right through to management attitude. The shelves are always empty. Frozen stuff Les in the aisles and left to defrost and then put in freezer etc. Management never seem interested in the running of the store and it affects staff morale. The store needs a total revamp starting with the management. Rather goto EK than shop here

Definitely gone down hill in recent years used to be my favourite place to shop just feel most things are now more expensive like everywhere I know but Morrisons is noticeably more expensive than others and don't think their stock availability is great either all in all I wouldn't recommend

Popped in to get a full Scottish Breakfast. The staff there are brilliant and the food was really really good as always.
