I went to see Ming at ChinaMedic for help with some ongoing back pain, and honestly, she was amazing. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but she made me feel really comfortable and clearly knows her stuff. After a few sessions, I noticed a big difference – way less tension and much more mobility. The clinic itself is spotless, and everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. The whole vibe is calm and professional without feeling clinical, if that makes sense. You can tell they really care about what they do. If you're dealing with pain or just curious about acupuncture or traditional Chinese medicine, I’d definitely recommend giving them a try. Ming in particular was fantastic.
Started going to see Ming around a year ago to help with fertility. Now at 35 weeks pregnant I cannot recommend her highly enough! She is very knowledgeable and gave such good advice, I don’t think I would have conceived if it wasn’t for her kind, caring and professional approach! Thank you Ming!!
THANK YOU to Ming Chen. My hand was so painful, I couldn't move it, and it was very swollen. Because I cannot take ibuprofen, I decided to go to acupuncture. The best experience ever. Everyone was so kind, and Ming was superb and skilled. Only two sessions, and I can move my hand now. I still feel a bit funny sometimes, but a bit of ice and, I am ready (as she said). My last episode took far longer to get better. I recommend Ming Chen Clinics ;).
I had a stroke in 2017, battled my way through madness, no one told me for 4 months this had happened, i thought i was losing my mind, then i got epstein barr, in 2019 which left me in bed for almost a year and in 2022 it was my year to get fit again ....i fractured my spine in the gym and my world was rocked again, Fibromyalgia was mentioned by incompetent doctors, only to find out i was pre-diabetic since February last year and no one told me so i have complicated neuropathy, i have seen Dr Ran almost every week since May and i have so much respect for this establishment it goes beyond words, at times i thought i would never get better and every time i see Dr Ran she gently calms me down and her expertise is at a very high level, my central nervous system is in bits, by my stroke and my Vagus Nerve was affected but symptom after symptom she has dealt with and i can honestly say if it wasn't for her i wouldn't be able to cope mentally, emotionally or physically, i have travelled a lot and know i am in safe hands with this establishment, all are so happy and positive and most of all highly skilled. I had massive problems with my ankle and physiotherapists could not help me … tried for years. Age 27 Ming helped me (over a lot of sessions) and 3 decades later my ankle has been as good as gold. Now aged 57 She truly is the real deal.

I suffered with adult acne for years, nothing that the GP or Dermatologist gave me cleared it long term and some of the medications permanently damaged my organs. I was recommended Ming and after just 4 months of acupuncture (2015) it was gone and I've had clear skin ever since. I can't thank you enough, Ming! Would 100% recommend.
Very professional and excellent treatments available (I had acupuncture). I’ve had tightness from my shoulder down to the back of my hand for a few years, however after 1 session here the tightness was practically gone! Would highly recommend to people with any muscle tightness that has persisted after trying other treatment methods (i.e Deep Tissue Massage).
I have known Ming for many years and she is an excellent practitioner. Acupuncture was of great benefit to me during the menopause - (infact I sailed through it with literary no problems or symptoms) , and I put that firmly down to my monthly treatments from Ming. I also found acupuncture very good for sciatic. I remember visiting Ming in great pain and walking out an hour later literally pain free! I see her on a regular basis and I feel that keeps me healthier and happier!
