The man in the shop has been verbally agressive to me screaming at me when he couldn’t find parcels. Then when returning to collect parcels they have ( which they has on their list), they refused and was screamed at once again. Do not get parcel here and honestly I do not believe a man like this should be allowed to serve me ever of the public.
Terrible service made a women nearly close to tears by shouting at her as their parcel machine stopped working and blamed her. Thanks to another customer who stuck up for her l. Will never go again
The attitude of the staff that work in this shop is something i have never experienced before. Today I went to collect a parcel (in a parcel shop) and the woman just kept sighing and huffing because I asked her to do her job (?) She then stops looking and just starts serving customers- I asked afterwards why the customers behind me in a queue would be tended to first and she said ‘this is a grocery store not a parcel shop’ and I asked why do you bother offering the service if its such an issue? Then when she asked for ID - which she holds up to the light as if its fake (??) then further asks me my address (why would you need my address when I got it delivered to a parcel store) she then refuses to give me my package because i am being ‘rude’ and i start questioning whether she’s seen the reviews on the shop, and how bad they are and her answer to that is ‘Why do you come in then’ - maybe because its convenient like a convenience store is meant to be (?). The old man that works in here is horrible too, always in a bad mood and acting like customers are a nuisance like we arent the ones keeping them in business. Many times he’s asked me for my ID and address just to patronise me and prove a point. Its interesting ive seen him only do it me - a young 20 year old guy but when two young girls were collecting a package before me yesterday he was all happy and laughing- I wonder why. Horrible shop, horrible staff - and not a ‘grocery store’ its a convenience store with horrible staff members
Do not get your parcels delivered here! Horrible experience. The man is extremely rude and aggressive. Started by telling me I had already collected one of my parcels which I hadn’t, to then subsequently tell me it was returned. After being rude and aggressive he then wouldn't give me my parcel until I said ‘please’ Totally condescending and I don’t think he would have done that to man! I will never get a parcel delivered here again due to the experience, and if your female would suggest you do the same!
Not surprised by the negative review below this as I had an awful experience with the same man. Had 2 parcels delivered here, with confirmation of delivery but the shop assistant demanded that he did not have these parcels and I simply asked him to check and he started *shouting* at me and demanding that I get out of the shop. There was a young boy in the shop getting sweets with his parents and left in tears because of how aggressive the shop assistant was. There was other people in the shop and he started slamming his hands on the desk, becoming very destructive and verbally abusive towards myself. Safe to say he embarrassed himself. Have reported this to USave as he has let the company down. Awful customer service and curtosy for customers. Would definitely not recommend this shop to anyone - horrible horrible man.
Regularly pop in to collect/drop off Hermes items. There’s usually a character or two behind the till. Considering retail at the moment, it’s amazing they’re still in good spirits.
Is this the same shop? Looking at previous reviews, I’m very surprised. Every time I go to Usave I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and casual banter. Very helpful staff and very clean and tidy. Love going to this place to pickup my packages
Used this store twice in the last 6 weeks for a Hermes collection. Encountered the most ignorant female shop assistant in Glasgow. Downright rude and obstructive. After the first encounter I thought maybe she'd had an "off day" - however, on my second visit, she glared at me from across the counter, then walked out on to shop floor and proceeded to fill a bag of pick n' mix, then stood with her back to me, which I considered exceptionally rude and passive aggressive. Will be avoiding this shop from now on.
Went to use hermes label print out, cashier looked at me like I was stupid when I asked if I could pay contactless, waiting a minute before saying 'well i don't know'. Don't bother, much more polite newsagents just down the road
Tried to buy an over priced ice lollie for my daughter, the owner said it was £3 minimum spend to pay by card, I told him i would just leave it then, he told me he would allow it for her, not for me. NEVER shopping there.
