Had a great experience with this company. requested an absolutely huge order, full of frozen things, and they delivered very soon after (later than the automatic date because it was such a big order), but they totally kept me in the loop, and I got a bunch of products I've never tried before. Would love to shop with them again!
It's been really good to know that The Vegan Kind were there for me. They have never let me down. Unfortunately, I discovered them too late. It's tragic that they have had to close their online supermarket! I will be waiting for them to come back, bigger and better. I am sure that they won't give up. Thank you to all TVK staff.
I have only recently joined the Vegan Kind in October and wished I knew of them previously. I have had brilliant subscription boxes. Great customer service. Will miss you guys. Shame you have had to wind down operations during this current climate. Really disappointed. Xx
Best place to order a wide variety of vegan products - including the more obscure. My orders have always been correct & sent promptly. Their customer service team have been very helpful & generous. Would recommend to any vegans or people that just enjoy trying new things!
A truly dreadful shopping experience and sadly, not my first terrible experience with this company. Items, including several glass bottles so shoddily packed that they were damaged and unusable. Worse, they tried to blame the courier! A courier can only do so much if the parcel is not packed properly in the first place. Customer Services were so uninterested and condescending. I received an insincere scripted email, telling me how dreadful it was that the courier had messed up the delivery. This is the third time in a row that I have had this terrible experience. Would never use this company again. I gave one star because it's not possible to give no stars!
I have given 4* out of 5* as I received a few damaged products. I have to say that they were polite, friendly, helpful and understanding about the issue and resolved it perfectly. The customer service was very good. They have a very easy to use website site and a vast collection of items from food (chilled, cupboard and frozen), self care and household. I also loved that they had a discounted section for items approaching their use by and best before dates. I appreciate the fact they make an effort to reduce food waste.
I'm a very happy repeat customer. Pleased to be able to support a local independent business. A great selection of products and delivery is always really quick. The one thing I do miss though is desiccated coconut, that's something I use a lot. I once had to contact them regarding an order which somehow got lost in the system, but they've been very pleasant to deal with and it got solved immediately.
I’ve ordered twice from them so far but definitely will carry on doing so. One parcel I ordered came in very good time and was very nicely packaged even with a reusable ice pack for some butter I purchased. They were also very quick in replying with options for amending an issue when a parcel was sent back to them. Very pleased!
Great for snacks esp the donuts! And vegan burgers and beans in tin a great find lol used several times so far delivery came when said it would... dpd are v good..
