   I'm really tempted to leave a bad review just to get one of their hilarious responses, but that wouldn't be true to my experience with this shop. I have lived in the area for a year now and always collect my parcels from there. Both the woman and the man are serious but very kind people, and always willing to help whenever I've made an accidental mistake with my parcels. Excellent service, will keep using.

   My very polite and socially anxious sister went to see if her parcel was ready an hour early. The awful woman behind the counter was nasty, rude and ranted at her about it despite her parcel BEING READY TO COLLECT. This wasn’t just poor service this was completely unacceptable.

   Do not get parcels delivered there. The lady that works there is lovely, unfortunately the same cannot be said about the middle aged man. He obviously doesn’t understand the system he’s agreed to have in his shop. Rude and incompetent

   The man working here is so rude. I tried to collect a parcel and said hello to him three times and he ignored me. Then eventually looked up and snapped at me. I told him all he had to do was acknowledge me to which he replied if you don’t like it get out. He really should cheer up and work on how he speaks to customers.
