   I went to this Tesco store to pick up an order as a delivery driver. When I arrived, they directed me to the back of the store, to what looked like a stockroom, saying that the orders would be handed out from there. When I got there, no one was around, so I gently opened the door and tried to show the staff member inside the order number—without stepping fully into the area. However, she rudely told me to get out, using dismissive gestures and speaking in a very disrespectful tone. I was quite upset by the way I was treated, so I cancelled the Uber Eats order and left. Because of this experience, I’ve decided not to accept any future orders from that Tesco location.

   So this Tesco, at best has lukewarm customer service. Tonight, Friday 24 th, when I went the store looked to all intents and purposes open. However the doors wouldn’t open and all the staff are standing talking whilst restocking??? Shelves. A guy tapped on the glass door, twice and was completely ignored, the sales assistant looked straight at him and ignored him. This just epitomises this Tesco, in fact even the Tesco at Milngavie, all you see are the staff standing around talking utter rubbish as if the customers wanted to heater about their private life. Tesco need to do better and maybe give employees a few training sessions in customer service and some semblance of professionalism because it’s sadly sadly lacking

   Went in tonight wanted to buy a loaf, had to slightly move a trolley a girl was using to stack shelves, said excuse me as she was talking to a male employee. As I didn't see any bread the male employee was passing me I asked if there were no loaves and he completely ignored me talking to the female employee, so I walked up and asked her, when I asked the question again, without looking at me he said, behind you, very abrupt and rude.

   Personally, I love this wee Tesco, of course it's going to be more expensive (convenience) but it's worth it to see the big blonde dude have a chuckle and a smile during his work and also the wee lassies shimmy around- at least they're not lazy but work conscious, people are too demanding and get ratty because of the car parking situation but no need to take it out on the staff- they don't set the prices, get a grip

   Wouldn't want to shop here for all my food & drink messages as a bit pricey for me when I can go get same food/ drink for cheaper & more of a selection from Iceland.

   More expensive than ur usual Tesco the staff on the tills are always pleasant and friendly but sometimes when they are wandering round re stocking they are too busy yapping to get out your way in a tiny wee shop can be annoying

   The machines are constantly broken. The staff have no idea what to do. One time i went to buy a gift card which can't be activated by self service, i stood there waiting for half an hour as staff saw me and ignored me waiting to be served! They take all store brand items that have decent prices causing people to buy them off the shelves to replace them with more expensive options all the time. Their clubcard prices are misleading as the text saying that price is the clubcard price is so small you're definitely going to miss it while you're now in an awkward position because they didnt specify it clear enough. There's one old woman that I've seen work there and she's literally the ONLY competent staff member. The rest barely actually do anything other than stand around all day not doing the job they applied for. I've never seen worse staff and shop management in my life.
