   Great local store which saves me a long walk to Bridgewater when the weathers bad. Clean and well stocked for most of my daily needs. I have always found the staff to be polite and helpful when approached for assistance. Cannot fathom the negative experiences here? Some people are so rude and discourteous these days.

   Kind and helpful staff, one can pick up items required for their daily needs from here. The place is kept clean and we'll shelved. It's a convenient store for the nearby Erskine Hamilton drive residents. The place did seem to follow and practice the required covid guidelines during the time of visit making it a safe shopping experience.

   Absolutely shocking customer service if a customer spoke to staff the way some staff talk to customers they would be asked to leave , although this is my nearest shop I regularly go somewhere else due to being spoken too like a child by a member of staff who approached me looking like a bulldog chewing a wasp

   Saturday afternoon around 4pm one person serving the counter when the line is right round the shop the place has went seriously down hill some of the staff in this place needs some customer service training nothing but rude individuals whom need a personality transplant. The prices in this shop at times are absolutely disgraceful they try to lead you in (like other shops) with their special offers well have to say that they ain't anything special. Stop ripping off the local community and you may still be there next year get a grip and sort yourselves out. Tuesday evening que round the shop one person serving and honestly this one person couldn't go any slower if she stopped. I am increasingly fed up going into this shop to stand for 10-15 minutes to get served unfortunately its the only one available to myself at the moment as its within walking distance. Time this shop really did buck its ideas up sort out the staff (not all) but the ones who are dragging this shop down and allowing people to write reviews such as this.
