THIS IS NOT 24 HRS ! Don't let them fool you , they just don't bother to inform customers and don't care . The services across the road ARE 24 hrs , and their is an ASDA 24 hr just over a mile away in Dumbarton . I hope this helps anyone who may be let down by M&S lack of concern .
Bought some AdBlue here on a long journey. £36 for 10l, which is about double the RRP and the packaging didn't even include an appropriate funnel. I don't mind a convenience premium, but that was excessive and inconvenient to boot.
Great for filling up and purchasing really good food. Staff member Adrian was very helpful at the checkout.
Wish I could drop less than 1 star on this place. Utterly disgusting toilets, and staff that don’t even care. A friend and I stopped to in to use the loo. Waiting patiently for our turn, a member of staff came out of the loo, smiled at us on their way past. My friend almost vomited at the disgusting mess in the loo, I helped clean up before she could use it, and she still had to hover. NB. This loo is supposed to be accessible, but how on earth someone is supposed to use it hygienically is beyond me. I approached the counter staff to complain and advise that the loo needed cleaned. I was told in a ‘couldn’t care less attitude’; it only gets cleaned once a day, they’re very busy, and that he wouldn’t use the loo here. What a disgraceful attitude to hygiene, when the staff won’t use their own loo and you can smell it from the front door.
Good Garage everything you need good selection of groceries and hot food. Sells flowers and gifts. Good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Newspapers and magazines. Also car washing facility and toilets. Only thing is there no till for purchasing petrol only and if your in a rush it's annoying having to wait in cues behind people buying groceries and ordering coffee etc. Friendly staff

Made a passing comment about being sad I couldn't indulge in the confectionery at the counter anymore since I went vegan and the staff jumped to show me all the new vegan options they have in store. Will definitely stop here more often now for both the selection and the caring and knowledgeable service. Thanks
Very good range of food and drink available at resonable prices considering it is a garage. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location and very convinient if visiting the local area.
All the usual things you would expect to find at a petrol station.. M&S food on site as well... Bp garage..
