   Dear Store Manager, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the behaviour of one of your staff members during my visit to NISA Local Clydebank on 12/11/2025. When I entered the store, I intended to purchase a loaf of bread. After finding that the type I initially wanted (Peta bread) was not available, I chose another item. During this time, a female staff member, described as short in height, addressed me in a manner I found extremely rude and inappropriate. She asked me, “What do you have in your pockets?” I found this intrusive and disrespectful. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store’s management and customer service standards. I was shocked by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. I request that this incident be reviewed, including checking store camera footage, and that appropriate action is taken to prevent such behaviour in the future. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the outcome of your review.

   Good shop got a little of everything. Im Celiac and need to watch what i eat but there is nothing in there for me to eat. But they have vegan and vegetarian dishes i think people need to be aware about gluten free foods as this is a health issue and not a dietary choice.
