   I just want to ask if a particular item that's online has reached the store yet. They weren't last week. How difficult could that be? Asda, please remember that the customer is always correct and that they leave your store pleased not annoyed and deciding to visit a competitor next time. A simple yes or no, surely that's not beyond the realms of possibility in this day and age. I think if a poll was done, everyone that needs a helping hand would prefer speaking to a real person rather than bots, noticeboards or nothing like I just got from your telephone helpline. Helpline, laughable.
