What a joke of a store feel sorry for the workers dealing with incompetent managers went to pay for goods only to be told checkouts shut self service only eh! Said i wanted to pay at a proper checkout with cash no response ended up dumping a £50 order at the tills and went over to farmfoods no problems at all when i left a guy assumed a boss said thats fine i will see you later !,imagine my reply to that only way of dealing with this nonsense is to boycott these kind of stores and let everyone else know it!

Your "self service checkout attendant needs retraining because they basically brutalised a DISABLED PERSON with a HIDDEN DISABILITY to the point of the person LEAVING YOUR RIDICULOUS STORE WITHOUT PURCHASING ANYTHING. THAT AN EMPLOYEE OF YOUR WOULD HAVE SUCH A NASTY ATTITUDE IS DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL

It's too small for the customers who often fill trolleys with food then clog the queue. Not enough human cashiers

Our Iceland is situated in the East Kilbride shopping centre. I find that no matter when you go, it's always busy. There are always some kind of deals on. They have a small selection of fruit & vegetables. The quality is good. You can get all your basic food items plus plentiful mixture of frozen foods. They use every bit of space available to display items. You sometimes have to look closely to locate an item. Well stocked and sufficient staff to ensure that tills are manned and available to help shoppers. Don't appear to have shopping trollies which means that doing a large amount of purchases is difficult. Overall, a good store.

This store is in EK Shopping Centre, NOT Glasgow. This is one of the larger stores and has more selection of goods and higher stock levels. Got everything I went in for at reasonable prices. I would have given it 5* if the checkout staff refrained from chatting so much, packing customers bags slowly, and got customers through the tills faster. There were long queues because of this. I forgot it was Tuesday - pensioners discount day,, which explains why it was so busy and it was lunchtime. I will try to shop there earlier on a Tuesday in future to avoid the queues. 5* for the checkout lady who noticed my bus pass in my wallet and reminded me of my discount. Note that checkout in this store is always slow!

Useful local supermarket with most of what is needed for day to day life. For good value frozen food of reasonable quality it is pretty unbeatable, I just wish they had a wider selection of fresh fruit and veg, and other non frozen goods. Since Sainsbury's has left the EK this and the nearby lidls are now the only real choice of supermarkets if you live in the Murray and want to be able to walk there, and Iceland does reasonably well in that role. However for any extra special items it is probably worth making the trip to shop at Kingsgate.

Just about the only place in the shopping centre to buy foodstuffs. Some of the fruit and veg can be near the sell by date and only last a day. Some prices are a lot higher than other supermarkets

Excellent offers ,great amount of choices and the 10% off for senior citizens is best on the high street. Sainsbury's, asda, morrisons and Tesco are just ripping off the consumers taking advantage of the cost if living crisis I can and understand some increases but 50% to 90% on.1 item is just deplorable
