“Just picked up new paint roller to finish a bedroom fast quick service lots of parking available”
“Our Iceland is situated in the East Kilbride shopping centre. I find that no matter when you go, it's always busy. There are always some kind of deals on. They have a small selection of fruit & vegetables. The quality is good. You can get all your basic food items plus plentiful mixture of frozen foods. They use every bit of space available to display items. You sometimes have to look closely to locate an item. Well stocked and sufficient staff to ensure that tills are manned and available to help shoppers. Don't appear to have shopping trollies which means that doing a large amount of purchases is difficult. Overall, a good store.”
“Felt unwell whilst shopping today. Just want to thank your kind caring member of staff who helped me. She gave up her till chair to allow me to sit and recover. Lovely lady with fantastic customer skills. Thank you it was much appreciated. (Sorry I didn’t get your name (lady with long dark hair)) Christine”

“I am using this platform to say a massive thank you to the staff and customers who helped me with my Nana today when she fell outside the door. Everyone rallied round to help us. I wish I could personaly thank the customers who took the time to stop and help. I will visit the shop tomorrow to thank the staff for their quick response with a first aid kit. People of EK are just great. Thank you.”
“Good value, although prices rising towards that if big three supermarkets”
“Popped into Lidl on new year's eve after leaving East Kilbride town centre just to buy a few things. Most of the fruit and veg area was well stocked especially as it was getting close to 5.00pm. We're able to get all that we needed. Most customers used the scanning machines as they had a small quantity of goods. Easy to use. Staff are always happy to help.”

“As always I am always able to get what I went for, staff are always friendly and chatty at tills, havent really ever had to wait too long in cue to be served either, only downside is it is a bit more expensive to shop here than it would somewhere like morrisons or iceland but it's open to 11pm which is really handy if you forget something for kids packed lunch or their bottles water”
“Just visited the store today ordered a large Pizza and one of your collegues Dawn from behid the counter actually came looking for me down one of the aisles apologising as they had ran out of large pizza bases, she was very pleasant and professional along with Katie on the checkouts who was also very cheerful and always engages with every customer she serves. I work in retail myself and have been shopping in your store for several years as the staff are always very helpful.”
“My local shop go here pretty often no complaints staff are lovely everything about it is great!”
“Love this wee Marks and Spencers Foodhall. Great selection or fruit and vegetables plus everything you'd find in a mini supermarket. Prices are great for the quality. We went in to find pumpkins for Halloween but they sold out so we got a little light up one instead.”
“Absolutely loved this store. I will definitely be back. Very nice employees, very clean store, a fantastic produce section with lots to pick from and more selections in other sections than some of their other stores I've been in.”
“Visited this Tesco superstore and had a generally pleasant experience—except for one slightly unsettling detail. There was this granny who seemed to be following me around the store like some kind of produce-obsessed shadow. Every aisle I turned into, there she was—staring at the same apples I needed, inspecting the same carrots, and somehow bumping into me at every turn. It felt like I was in an unspoken race for the last bag of potatoes, and she was clearly winning. I tried to speed up, but she was always a step ahead, as if she had some sort of mystical connection to the store layout. Maybe she was just really into her shopping, or maybe she was secretly hunting me down for my top-quality tomatoes—who knows? Apart from my granny stalker, the rest of the store was a dream. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, offering assistance without me even having to ask. The aisles were well-stocked, the shelves neatly arranged, and the checkout process was quick and smooth. Despite the odd encounter, I left with everything I needed—and a few extra glances to make sure the granny wasn’t secretly following me to the parking lot. Would I return? Absolutely. The service was great, and I got everything on my list. But I’ll be keeping an eye on that mysterious granny next time—just in case she’s planning to shadow me again in the dairy section.”
