Morrisons at Lonend, is easy to get in and out, in addition to their petrol station being right at the entrance. The store is large enough to offer a good variety of food, clothing, beer&spirits in addition to fresh baked products and butcher meat. This store still has a cafe, which is a bonus. The car park is managed by a third party, 3 hours should be enough for most. There is an option to purchase more time, and not taking the risk of receiving a Penalty Charge Notice.

I had a terrible experience at Morrisons Anchor Mill. The self-service kept showing random weight-error messages even though every single product was already scanned and placed correctly. It honestly looked like the scale couldnβt handle the amount of items in my Β£150 shop and just broke down. The last item β a Β£3 Spiderman mug β kept triggering an error telling me to βplace the item back on the scale,β even though it was already there and I didnβt touch it. There was only one staff member for all the self-checkouts, and when she finally came over, she had no idea what to do. She made me remove all my shopping and then told me to scan everything again at a normal checkout. I ended up wasting over 30 minutes because the system failed and the staff couldnβt fix a basic issue. This is exactly what happens when stores replace actual staff with a forest of self-service machines β fewer employees, no proper help, and the whole shopping experience keeps getting worse. I had to scan everything twice because the system crashed AND the employee didnβt know how to handle it. Itβs ridiculous that customers are the ones paying the price for Morrisons cutting corners on staffing and basic service.

Nice store, well stocked. Actually have enough checkout assistants on the tills. Fruit and veg are good quality. Prefer this store to Asda Linwood as the above points make it a much better shopping experience than Asda. Morrisons not the cheapest, hence one star knocked off.

Used this store instead of my regular Falside Rd as it does not stock own brand lactofree milk or own brand coconut, almond or hazelnut milk. This store was better but still no own brand fruit pieces breakfast topper and no Tropicana Golden Grapefruit. Bought cheese offering 2 for Β£4 but checked receipt at home and charged Β£5...and yes I did check the end of the receipt for discounts. UPDATE 2/8/24. I think things are going downhill. For the second week there is not a single paper bag for loose fruit and veg. Makes buying these items pretty awkward. No leeks in stock. The fridge where I usually buy Morrisons Lacto Free milk is out of order for a second week. Also for the second week there is no stock of John West tuna fridge pots. Very annoying when there is an offer running and no stock. A large section of the freezer aisle where I usually get fish, fish fingers etc was entirely empty and no stock elsewhere in store. On the opposite side of this aisle are the 'dark freezers'. For many weeks many of these have no lights making it very hard to see what is inside so I don't bother trying. Altogether feels like a chain owned by 'money men' and not by grocers who care about customer experience.

Super supermarket with a huge range of products. Large car park with plenty of disabled spaces. Wheelchair accessible. Large cafe with a good range of food and drinks. Good washrooms. Handily situated near to Paisley Town centre. Fuel station with petrol and diesel at keen prices. Friendly helpful staff

Waited at the oven fresh for service. Members of staff walked past staring at me as if I had no business being there. This is not the forst time this has hapoened. Was trying to see if this was going to be different. After 10 minutes I gave up and left. Appalling service.

Decent enough shop, you can always get a decent meal deal from Morrisons, and the hot food they have on offer is usually better than that of Asda so can't really complain eh?

Just picked up our Christmas food order and like last year very easy to do you find the converted trolley bay and there is someone waiting with the orders. We also had a click and collect normal shopping once we figured out how it worked again very easy to do. My husband did say the shop looked as if it had been busy earlier So if planning to go into shop go early-ish

My local store 5 minutes from the house but they never have anything I need. Shelves are always empty, be it fresh pizza, crisps, fruit or certain canned drinks they just don't have the stock. Went to the other store at Falside Road and they appear to have everything the Anchor Mills store doesn't. I have a feeling it's due to not giving staff the shifts to stock the shelves more than anything as was advised this by a checkout operator, I'm sure the stock is probably lying through the back waiting to be put out. Probably will just use Falside Road now. Disappointed as it's a lovely big store just get your shelves stocked!
