   Popped in to make an appointment for an eye test. Was initially dealt with by a member of the staff who was cheerful and dealt with it quickly. Then.....was passed on to another member of staff who could help me with my contact lenses. She couldn't find my prescription and told me that i have never ordered from the store before ( Been ordering for the past 3 years ) when i told her this i was quickly interrupted by the smart comment ( well you havent so...) asked the member of staff again to check the system to which she looked at me and said " Nah ". If you don't like your job then i suggest finding a new one. Will be contacting head office about this aswell.

   Had what appeared to me to be up to date tech. Was offered extra checks if desired. No hard sell on taking new glasses as no prescription change. Good selection of glasses at reasonable price.

   The store is always really clean and welcoming, with plenty of staff on-hand to assist. The opticians are really professional but still friendly and approachable, and always make you feel included as a patient with great explanations and advice at every step. Shop floor staff are excellent too - always friendly and ready to help with any questions or concerns.

   I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered the shop. The staff members were very helpful with their advise about my eye care needs, and helped me choose the right size frames for my face size. Price of my prescription /frames was reasonable. All in all, fantastic service. I would recommend.

   Called to see about arranging an appointment for my daughter as she had been complaining of a sore eye, lady who answered the phone (Jane?) was extremely dismissive and stated firmly that they had no triage appointments available, genuinely wasn’t looking for this, just wanted to arrange an appointment. A little bit of customer service goes a long way.
