“I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered the shop. The staff members were very helpful with their advise about my eye care needs, and helped me choose the right size frames for my face size. Price of my prescription /frames was reasonable. All in all, fantastic service. I would recommend.”

“I think most people not understand how pharmacy works. I was disappointed when one of ladies who served me 2 months ago took prescription said it will be 1h I said OK then she said come after 2pm ( which was extra 3h ) I said OK and then she said no it will be ready tomorrow afternoon- I believe she just didn't want to serve me. I have been there last Saturday 17.09.22 and place was crazy busy and it was 4pm. Staff didn't stand and chat - they were to focus on work!!!! I'm not even gonna mention that it was only pharmacy open on Monday 19.09.22 SO PLEASE PEOPLE INSTEAD OF ABUSE STAFF working in pharmacy for delays give them some support cos they got probably 200 customers extra who were refused to be served in other pharmacy.”

“On my last review on a different email address, this practice requested, I remove my review and callled me slanderious. I have reflected using: my private health reports, legal statute, my experiences, my learning by experiences, my ongoing physical body appearance, this medical practice communicaion to me, my daily suffering ignored past NHS health stuff removed without assessment, NHS diagnosises untreated in decline, the innaccurate information detailed to me by staff here in letters, the false accusations towards me and health without hands on assessment or scans and my ongoing suffeirng and PTSD by NHS and physical health decline. I have concluded by considering and re:evaluating above, that staff accusing me of being slanderous IS there FURTHER DEFERMATION OF CHARACTER towards me & bullying, in them suggesting I was slanderious and it is further INVALIDATION to my feelings and experiences and so a wrong harmful statement. I therfore politly, request that the pactice remove such accussation of me "slanderious" as it is character defermation towards me. Failure to remove it, I will flag it, to my legal evidence as another "GDPR" breach of innacurate information on me and character deformation, calling me slanderous - I here exercise GDPR - "Right to Rectification" on there harmful & INACCURATE commnet accusing of me of slander to conceal truth and attempts to further inintimide me and increase smear campaign regarding me and bullying and character defermation. My previous post therfore will NOT be removed. I uphold my beliefs due to evidence, legal statute and feelings inflicted by experiences. Please note: No repsonse will be read or replied to., by this practice. They can seek legal action, if they still insist I was slanderous, but I will not change my belief based on evidence on above and my own feelings. I will not be in further communication with this practice, even though I am unfortunatly, still a regestered patient, as cannot regester in my local area, by past failure now a GMC case, they know that but refuse it true. This practice can refer to challenging Behaviour Practice, with a case against me, remove me from their list and/or request legal action against me, but they do not come near me themself for the harm they inflict upon me. She followed up with a summary of the lesson and tips for practicing on my own. I went from 'mum breaststroke' to a much more efficient breaststroke in a couple of weeks. “Make your own hamper at The Store, Hamporium. What is the Hamporium you ask? Well the very lovely and talented store team at Restoration Yard have created a spectacular in-store hamper display filled to the brim with foodie fayre ready for the festive season ahead – a spectacle that Willy Wonka himself would envy! Restoration Yard is stocked with amazing local, Scottish and independent food and drink producers. Your wee eyes will twinkle with delight, your jaw might even drop at the incredible range of tasty treats in store. The Hamporium has a number of ready made hampers available on their website but you can also make your own bespoke hamper. And this is exactly what I did. It was filled with goodies for a perfect cosy Christmas night in. Red wine, crackers and biscuits for cheese, hot chocolate and stirrers, chutney, cured meats, truffle nuts and mince pies. If you fancy heading in store to select and choose your hamper, Dalkeith Country Park, Restoration Yard is approx 30 minutes drive from Edinburgh City Centre. There is plenty of parking, loads of shopping, a fabulous cafe and The Kitchen, a superb restaurant. Plus a great park to wander around. The grounds and the courtyard outside The Store are dog friendly and there are several small cabins selling hot drinks and treats in the courtyard too.”
