I have been with Bosco for almost 7 years and their service has been tremendously. Recently had a tooth extracted . I was nervous at first but Angieszka not sure spelled that write, did her magic and assure me l will be ok, all my family goes here and we trust all the staff. I would highly recommend them.
After an extremely traumatic dental experience at another practice, I was very nervous about my first appointment at Bosco. However, my nerves were put at ease straight away by Adelene, who was calm, reassuring, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. A big thank you also to Polly on reception, who was warm and welcoming and helped make the whole experience feel much less daunting. The team were professional, kind, and supportive from start to finish. I left the appointment feeling genuinely cared for and so relieved to have finally found a practice I can trust.
Recently had an appointment for a check up with Kelly and Karen and I’ve never felt more relaxed at the dentist. No judgement at all. Kelly was so gentle while doing the check up which really was a refreshing change . Both Kelly and Karen were also excellent with my little boys who’s only 19months. Really makes going back a bit easier and less stressful.
Had a list minute appointment, staff were very caring and funny. My kids loved it and they were put at ease as the dentist's were very friendly. I would recommend because they do really care and look after you, especially if there is any follow ups you need.
A fantastic dental practice with the friendliest staff. I recently attended for a check up and had to bring my 4 month old with me. He was quite unsettled but the staff couldn't have done more to help, ensuring I was able to have my appointment!
I have a chipped tooth which requires filling and attended the clinic to have this done. The procedure was meant to be completed in a visit but the amalgam would not stick to the tooth even though the dentist scraped away more of the tooth. I now have a larger hole in my tooth than when I went in and it has not been dressed and as such is sensitive to cold air and liquid. I will now have to wait several weeks until they can redo the procedure.I don’t really rate their customer care very highly.
As soon as I enter Bosco dentist I feel a sense of ease. The staff from the receptionist are very proffesional. The dentist made me feel very welcome where in no time she had treated me in no time all all. To sum up Bosco dentist are a Very well oiled team
First visit back since covid and procedures in practice we're really reassuring. Staff all friendly and welcoming. They ensured the visit for my 4 year old was fun and involved him in his check up. Very happy with service and very happy to continue being a patient at the practice.
