I went to the shop to buy a pair of Brooks shoes as my old pair was worn out. Joe, who was helping me, was very polite and professional. He provided excellent service without trying to hard-sell anything, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this shop to anyone, especially those with foot or knee problems.
I went in on a busy Saturday lunchtime to get advice on a new pair of running trainers. Despite the shop being really busy, the staff were calm and dedicated ample time and care to every single customer. I didn’t once feel rushed or like they didn’t have time. The staff were incredibly knowledgable and helpful and took time to listen to my running situation. I had a gait analysis done and they told me about my running form and the best shoes to support me. I tried on a few different options and was able to test out each pair on the treadmill. Absolutely no pushing a sale here either, their customer service was really exceptional. Walked away 45 minutes later with a new pair of running trainers that I am over the moon with. Thank you!
Phenomenal staff and super helpful. I went in to get some running shoes (started running more and good distances) and didn’t really know what I wanted to get. They got me on the treadmill for a quick analysis of what shoe type I was, then got out some shoes in the correct sizing and correct type for my running style. Super knowledgeable and lovely staff. Would recommend and go back again.

They could all teach the retail sector how to run a shop properly. The Fitstuff Lab will always get you up and running again, if injured, or improve your running technique using great advice and the latest run scan technology. Their running club meets every Weds eve and Fri a:m. This has to be the best in the country as it has grown into being one of the friendliest and most social groups I have ever run with. Catering for a range of abilities - from 30 min 5K joggers to elite runners, it will suit most runners.
