   My wife ordered an item online. The item was faulty so she phoned the Cribbs Causeway store to explain. She spoke to lady called Debbie who was very helpful. I had to go in store after work to order another one. Felt a bit awkward walking into a woman's clothing store, but was greeted with smiles. I asked for Debbie and she guided me through the whole process with real ease and a professional attitude. What an extremely nice lady. Many thanks

   Rebecca was a great help. She took the clothes I selected to the fitting room. I needed to try different sizes and she willingly found these with a smile. She was attentive, polite and patient. Nothing was too much trouble. She made the process of selecting an outfit very enjoyable.

   Fantastic service. I was looking for some trousers. After trying on every pair in the shop (with the help of a very patient assistant) I left with a new pair and two jumpers. I would highly recommend shopping here. The quality of the clothes is excellent and a good price.

   Today I visited the Hobbs store in Cribbs Causeway. I was looked after by a delightful assistant called Rebecca. She was so helpful and brought lots of accessories into the changing rooms for me to try with the dresses. She didn’t put any pressure on me to buy, but suggested I went and had a break before deciding. I hadn’t made a special appointment but was treated as if I had. I eventually went back and bought a beautiful dress and accessories and now look forward to wearing them at my son’s wedding. Thank you, Rebecca.

   A very pleasant experience to find a wedding outfit. Debbie came with shoes, hat, bag etc in various colours to see what I liked. A very nice changing area with large mirrors for the family to check what they liked. Came away with a complete outfit. Everything in stock.

   Today I was served by Debbie, who went above and beyond for me during my visit. I visited to find a dress for wedding after being unable to find anything online, she showed me multiple dresses and found accessories and shoes to match so that I could see how the dress would look. I found Debbie to be wonderful, helpful and kind too. Debbie is an asset to Hobbs and I look forward to returning and meeting Debbie again.
